Application via the Online Pre-Registration: Online Data Capture

• Has the online data capture (basic account) been filled out correctly and completely?
• Have you entered the correct higher education entrance qualification in the basic account? (School-leaving certificate from abroad = code 25; completed study programme from abroad = code 31; IB Diploma from abroad = code 46)
• Has an application been created for the degree programme you want to apply for?

Application form:

• Have you filled out the application form thoroughly?
• Have you signed the application form?
• Did you acan both sides of the applciation form (front and back)?

Documents:

• Are all required documents available and scanned?
• Are the documents correctly legalized?
• Have all pages (front and back) of the documents been scanned?
• Have you attached the corresponding German or English translation to the corresponding original? _{(only relevant for original documents not in German or English)}
• Have you attached your language certificate?
• Have the relevant additional forms been completed and signed? _{(if applicable)}

Requirement for scanned documents:

• Was the original document scanned?
• Is the scan a PDF file?
• Is it a colour scan of the original document?
• Is the quality of the document scan good?
• Is the information on the scan clearly recognisable? (Font clearly legible; font not blurred; font not too small)?
• Are all stamps, signatures and, if applicable, legalizations fully recognisable (not cut off at the edges; not blurred)?

Note: If the quality of the scans is not sufficient, the University of Graz reserves the right to request original documents.
