If your application is successful, the “Application for enrollment” will be activated in the application portal. Send the signed “Application for enrollment” to the Academic Affairs Office.
Only then can we send you your matriculation number and payment details. Only if we receive the payment on time (a few days after the payment) the enrollment is completed and you are a student of the University of Graz.
Step Two for VGUH participants:
If you enroll as participant of the Vorstudienlehrgang (VGUH) enrolment takes place via the VGUH. This means you have to register at the VGUH. We will then receive all the necessary data from them. Once we have the data, we will send you your matriculation number and payment information by email. Please check your emails regularly (including the spam and junk folders). You do not have to send an “application for enrollment”. Therefore, the application is not activated in the application portal.
